At Varied Technologies, we have had hands on experience with various computer systems since the early 1980's. Starting out with the now seemingly ancient VIC20, and then moving on to the Commodore 64 and 128 (which we still have!) as well as Atari and Texas Instruments units, Tandy, IBM and so on until todays world where we use PCs with WindowsXP, Vista, Ubuntu, RedHat/CentOS. and other variants.

Our commitment to improving the world includes recycling of used equipment. We dissasemble units and in many cases can reassemble and reprogram old electronics into entirely new devices. What cannot be reused is separated and delived to recovery outfits that further refine and purify the toxins and metals so that they can be reintroduced into manufacturing once again.

We have extensive experience with most commercial software, including most Windows Versions and Linux Variants. We design websites, from the small single informational page to extensive ecommerce websites and portals. Also very popular, we can create a family website that allows you to share your information with the world or only the people you want to allow access, or both, coordinate family trips and events,  geneology, photos and videos, or just so you can listen to your music collection away from home legally!
